About Jennifer Rosser

Jennifer Rosser kicked off her adventure right after business school at Indiana University Bloomington. With 13 years in sales for jewelry manufacturers and wholesalers under her belt, she became a superstar, driving growth like it was her superpower. With a fiery passion for creativity and an ambitious spirit, she snagged her MBA in marketing from DePaul University in Chicago.

At JB Industries, she worked her witchcraft, transforming the brand into a market leader. She did this with innovative partnership marketing, creative brand development, and marketing promotions that really turned heads. Teaming up with sales and engineering, she rolled up her sleeves to analyze the competitive landscape and launch new products that made top lines soar.

Then came the adventure at Tranter, where she took the reins for marketing in North America, focusing on capex products and aftermarket services. It was a whole new ballgame with multiple markets and solutions to juggle!

After that, she landed at Danfoss, a global OEM giant. Here, she led marketing communications for the North American cooling division, honing in on partnership marketing. Working together with the sales and training teams, she whipped up communication materials for wholesale partners and trade school students.

At Norix, Jennifer rocked the product development and marketing team, crafting product roadmaps and streamlining the go-to-market process like a master chef in a kitchen. She also launched the subsidiary brand, Tonik World, complete with an exciting market strategy, product marketing, snazzy website, and eye-catching materials for trade shows, events, and product collateral.

Next up, she tackled a fresh challenge at Rogers and Hollands, where the focus was B2C retail. She rolled out data-driven campaigns over 70+ retail locations. Building and leading a dynamic team, inspiring agencies, and finding creative solutions to resource hiccups became her jam. She crafted compelling stories that hit all the right notes while syncing up with sales and other departments.

As a single mom of an amazing 19-year-old and three high-energy huskies, Jennifer has learned the art of patience, grace, and staying cool in the chaos. In her rare moments of downtime, you might catch her cheering (or peeking through her fingers!) for her beloved Indiana University football and basketball teams. For some fun, she loves smashing and dinking on the pickleball court, where every game is a relaxing dance of strategy and execution.
